5 - Love it (or love to hate it) & will sweat to it often!
4 - Like it & will work it in to my regular workouts occasionally
3 - It's ok but nothing to get my booty out of bed and sweat about
2 - Could be alright in a crunch but not my cup of tea
1 - I won't bother clicking this one again

20 Minute Cardio Core Workout

If you love (or love to hate) mountain climbers, then this is your workout!  If you don't love mountain climbers you can substitute other cardio, so don't let that scare you.  I  really liked this combo workout put together by Melissa Bender and Sean Vigue.  There is a short ad at the beginning for Sean's new book, but just use that time to stretch out the legs, shoulders and core....trust me on this, you want to make sure you are warm before diving right in to Melissa's mountain climber intervals interspersed between core toning exercises.  She gets your heart rate up and your body moving immediately. Both Melissa and Sean incorporate innovative moves that were new to me which made the workout fun.  I will definitely be subscribing to both of their YouTube channels and checking out more of their workouts!

What I liked: great cardio work; new & innovative moves
What I didn't like: too many mountain climbers! (not a legitimate complaint :) )
